Red Porch Report 02-24-14 (Nationals Podcast)

Posted on February 25, 2014 by Red Porch Report

On this week's show, the Red Porch Report crew -- Andrew (@bingelistening), Ryan (@NatsGMdotcom), and Phil (@PoppaCooley) -- spend the first segment recapping the Jose Lobaton trade and projecting the Nats' opening day roster, including who will win the fifth rotation spot and the potential redundancy of Danny Espinosa and Jamey Carroll.

In the second segment of the show, the guys discuss the pros and cons of batting Bryce Harper fifth and debate the merits of a "rubber stamp lineup" in general. And as always, the show closes out with some rants and raves in Going Down Swinging.

This episode featured the track "Gio Gio Gio" by Scott Gold, which you can stream here.
